Good progress. Some more debt was taken on due to our large patio project. After some thought and a little research, I adjusted our house value by a conservative $5,000 due to the addition which ended up costing around $4,000.

Wow what caused the large increase in your non reg portfolio? a contribution? or share price appreciation? 19% is a pretty sweet return for 2 months.

A few large contributions together with some share price growth and dividend payments caused the significant rise.
well I'm impressed...especially with the rapid rise of the CDN dollar and about 50% of your portfolio in US stocks.
certainly nothing to be impressed about....the main impact was from money inflows from savings.
